Why is a Shaanti Bloom Piece Unique?

  • All our pieces are made from 100 % Organic Cotton
  • Each collection is limited and hand crafted with care by artisans in India, using traditional fabric dying, printing and quilting techniques.
  • Small Variations on quilt stitching, print designs, or a splash of ink are not faults, it’s what makes the piece unique. Think of them as a little bit of soul from the artisan who made it

To Keep Your Bloom Beautiful

  • Avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time, and wash in cold water with a gentle detergent.
  • For the delicate Pushkar scarves a simple hand wash will do
  • Do not tumble dry. Air drying is the best way to go

Returns and Post

We want you to be totally thrilled with your purchase, but if not you have 14 days to return

Please contact us in the first instance via email at hello@shaantibloom.com with your order number and reason for the return.


A Few Important Things to Remember

  • We can only accept a refund if the item is in its original condition, has not been used, along with the original packaging

  • Customers will have to cover the postage costs for returning the item

  • Sadly, we do not refund the original postage costs

  • The safe return of the items is the customers responsibility.
  • We are unable to refund damaged or lost goods in transit

  • Sample or Seconds items are non refundable

  • Exchanges are only available for faulty items

  • If you qualify for a refund, the faulty item should be returned within 14 days for repair, replacement or refund

  • Faulty or incorrect items must also be returned within 14 days

We use Royal Mail for posting purchases, which are tracked and signed for using their Tracked 48 service

  • We Deliver in 3-5 days
  • Orders over £50 are FREE using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Standard Tracked and signed for. The cost will be calculated at check out and is it’s approximately £20 for up to 2kg
